At TeckWrap, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible across the globe.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. Free shipping applies to select in-stock items in the USA. If your location is not available at checkout, contact us at crm@teckwrap.com for assistance.

Delivery & Estimates

Orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Tracking is typically available within 48 hours.

UPS (USA) 3–6 Business Days
FedEx (Intl.) 3–8 Business Days
DHL (Global) 4–7 Business Days

*Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Transit times are not guaranteed.

Customs & International Fees

Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are not included in your purchase and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

If a package is refused due to unpaid fees, return shipping and restocking charges will be deducted from any issued refund.
Damaged or Lost Packages

In the event of damage or missing items:

  1. Email crm@teckwrap.com or contact your sales manager.
  2. Submit the official Reclamation Form.
  3. Provide clear photos of the damaged product and all original packaging.
Important Policies

Signatures: Orders over $200 may require a signature. Waiving this signature makes the buyer responsible for lost or stolen items.

No Local Pick-up: We do not offer in-person pickup. All orders ship directly from fulfillment centers.

Weekend Delivery: Not available. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday only.
