Eligibility for Return
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with LOT numbers visible.
  • Opened, unsealed, unrolled, or cut items are not eligible for return.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
How to Request a Return

Email crm@teckwrap.com with the following details:

1. Detailed explanation of the issue.
2. Photos/Videos (for warranty claims).
3. LOT numbers from the packaging.

Return Addresses
FOR USA FULL ROLLS: Must be returned to the original shipping warehouse. Contact customer service to confirm the correct address before shipping.

Shipping & Restocking Fees

Warranty Returns: TeckWrap covers return shipping for defective/damaged items.

Non-Warranty Returns: Customer is responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes. A 5% restocking fee applies to all non-warranty returns and cancellations.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. If delayed:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
  3. If still not received, contact crm@teckwrap.com.
