We stand by the quality of our products. If you experience production defects or change your mind, we are here to help.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with LOT numbers visible.
- Opened, unsealed, unrolled, or cut items are not eligible for return.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns.

1. Detailed explanation of the issue.
2. Photos/Videos (for warranty claims).
3. LOT numbers from the packaging.

Warranty Returns: TeckWrap covers return shipping for defective/damaged items.
Non-Warranty Returns: Customer is responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes. A 5% restocking fee applies to all non-warranty returns and cancellations.
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. If delayed:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
