In case of product defects communicated within the mentioned period, TeckWrap will consider and determine the existence of the defect and further decide, at its sole discretion, to either replace the defective product without charge or compensate with an amount deemed reasonable by TeckWrap Inc.

This warranty does not cover cases of normal wear and tear or transportation. In no event will TeckWrap Inc. be liable or responsible for labor, consequential damages, or incidental damages of any kind.
